Fridaysmove invites panel applications

Fridaysmove has announced that it is now inviting new applications from firms seeking to join its conveyancing panel.

This is the first time the Fridaysmove has opened its doors to applicants since 2011.

Historically, membership has been by invitation only, and limited to a handful of practices with a conveyancing specialism.

Director Chris Salmon said: “We have been a closed shop for some time. Our partner firms have grown with us, thus delaying the point at which we felt it necessary to grow the panel.

“Due to our partner firms shared commitment to service and value, there has been little turnover in the panel.

“Proactive communication with all parties, throughout the conveyancing process, is, we believe, the key to clients receiving and perceiving a great service. This client-focused approach is what we will be looking for in new members.”

Fridaysmove panel requirements include CQS accreditation and full disclosure on mortgage lender panel membership.

The company points out that being unable to act for certain lenders does not preclude firms from joining the network. However, it enables Fridaysmove to pass work only to firms able to act for clients’ chosen mortgage lenders.

The firm is looking to capitalise on year on year growth with further expansion over the next 12 months.

For more information about panel membership, including fee structures, interested firms may register their interest online.

The online application process carries no obligation to join the panel, and enables rapid integration of new practices into the Fridaysmove network.
