A firm is offering a Home Buyers’ Protection, for £79.50, which will help protect home buyers from the financial worry of their house sale falling through.
Nearly a third of house sales fall through for a number of reasons.
Policy-holders will have their expenses covered if;
– The property is withdrawn from sale
– They are "gazumped" by an offer of £1,000 or more.
– They have to withdraw from the purchase due to personal/family reasons
– They have to withdraw from the purchase due to unforeseen illness
Consumers will receive up to £1,500 of cover for 120 days (4 months), including £250 towards mortgage/lenders fees (that also protects your fee as a broker should the sale fall through).
The policy is available from The Source. For more information visit their website or click here and download the form.
