Entries have now closed for the Estate Agents Conveyancing Firm of the Year Award. Richard Mathias of LFS was delighted with the response “ we were taken aback by the volume of votes.
We had over 250 entries with more than 50 different firms being nominated. There are clearly lots of good conveyancers that come very highly recommended.
Contrary to popular belief voting wasn’t dominated by the large factory conveyancers. They did get votes of course but so did many regional firms with some super comments such as “XXXX are a fantastic team to work with – particularly XXX XXXX -exceptionally high level of customer service – I have no hesitation in recommending them to any of my clients. They should win this award without a doubt.”
