Coodes Solicitors have established a new Residential Property team in Falmouth, with two staff moving in following their recent merger with Preston Goldburn.
Conveyancing Executives Lisa Brewer and Laura Rowe have both moved from other Coodes offices with the firm saying they both have experience of working across Cornwall.
Speaking about the move, Lisa Brewer said: “Falmouth is a town that I know and love, so it’s fantastic to be working here. I’m really looking forward to getting to know the estate agents and being part of the local community.”
Laura Rowe has been based in Coodes’ Truro office for a little over a year and has previously worked in conveyancing in Falmouth. Laura said: “The property market is very busy in Falmouth and the higher number of students and first time buyers means there is a high number of leasehold properties and buy-to-lets.
“It is going to be a very exciting few months as we grow our work in and around Falmouth.”
