The App has been designed to assist both sellers and buyers with the jargon often used in conveyancing. Compiled by Conveyancing Data Services Ltd by a team with a combined experience of over 75 years, the App offers your clients the chance to know “their EPCs from their TPOs”.
Offering features such as a searchable database, plain English definitions, recently viewed and favourites together with an ability to send free enquiries direct from the App, The Conveyancing Glossary aims to save you time by explaining some of the more complicated terms used in conveyancing jargon.
Just being the cheapest search company is not enough for the industry any more, to provide a great service Conveyancing Data Services believe that helping their clients offer more to buyers and sellers will save time and enhance what you offer to clients.
