Marketing for conveyancers

Conveyancers committed to improving standards in tough times

Cinnamon Property Lawyers, Rowlinsons and Your Conveyancer are just some of the latest firms to join the Conveyancing Association in a bid to show their commitment to improving industry standards.
The Conveyancing Association was established because of a number of challenges that are now facing conveyancers in the UK one of which, The Legal Services Act, will be considered by many as a threat to conveyancers and the future of conveyancing firms.  Are some of them missing the point though, for those committed to the industry any change is surely just an opportunity to embrace new ideas and new ways of working?
Many of the Association’s member firms are listed among the Land Registry’s leading conveyancing firms within the UK including international, national, regional and local firms.  The Conveyancing Association is represented on many conveyancing focus groups and say that they will continue to become involved in any new groups so that they can ensure their members are kept fully informed.
Eddie Goldsmith, Chairman of the Conveyancing Association commented:
“It’s great to see these quality companies on board and it is encouraging to see a real commitment from firms of varying sizes to improve standards as we shape our industry in difficult times.”
Denis Stevenson, MD of Cheshire firm Rowlinsons said:
“We are aware that lenders are making changes to their panels, as such we recognised the need to be part of the group which is having an ongoing dialogue with them and other key stakeholders.  We are very excited about being part of the changes that will develop over the coming months.”
