Location: Ellesmere Port, Cheshire | Salary: £20-25k plus bonuses

A senior residential conveyancer is sought to assist in the growth and management of a newly formed "sale and purchase" team.

A sound technical knowledge of all case types is required and whilst not essential, a professional qualification would be an advantage. An experience of dealing with "volume" pipelines with a Case Management System would be beneficial for the right candidate, although full training will be provided.

The successful applicant will be expected to work with minimum supervision and will need to have an ability to manage case handler assistants and to report key and accurate Management Information (MI) to the Senior Management Team. The role includes evening and weekend hours as part of a flexible rota system.
